Muscle Moves: Muscle Moves is focused on strengthening key muscle groups in the body in order to maintain health! We use hand weights and mats for a full body workout. 

HIIT and LIT: This is a high intensity interval training that combines  light weights, stepping and core exercises for a full body workout.

Body Bands: Total body workout with assistance from resistance bands!

Pilates Fusion: Pilates fusion is designed for those who need to learn the fundamentals on which to build their practice. We use small pilates ball for a full body workout! 

Water Aerobics Basics: This class uses water resistance techniques in shallow water to allow participants to get a rejuvenating, invigorating and effective workout. All fitness levels are welcome and modifications can be made for all exercises.

Tread and Shred: Interval training on the treadmill with small weights for an added push!

Start Spinning: is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories. Because spinning is low impact it is suitable for most people, and can accommodate all levels.

ZUMBA: Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

ZUMBA Gold: Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. How It Works. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination
